Forms, email and WhatsApp Business

Requests via the form and chat are sent via the Railway backend, which is provided by an external technical service provider. Email, messaging services and WhatsApp Business are used only to handle your request. Please do not send highly confidential or sensitive information through the general form or chat unless necessary.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses functional cookies. Google Analytics is loaded only after consent. You can refuse analytics cookies via the banner.

Sharing with third parties

Data may be processed by technical providers such as hosting, Railway, Google Analytics, messaging services or WhatsApp Business. We do not sell your data.

Retention period

Data is retained as long as necessary to answer your request, provide services or meet reasonable administrative obligations. Temporary chat data stored locally in the browser to keep a conversation visible during browsing, refreshes or a short return generally expires within 6 hours.

Quality responsibility

Our support is practical and documentary. The client remains responsible for final evaluation, approval, possible release and implementation in its own quality system.
